Briscola Setup

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Extract the files from the .zip file into a temporary directory.
2- Run Setup.bat (ensure that you have the necessary privileges).
3- Choose whether to create a shortcut in your desktop or not (if you choose the NO option, you can always create shortcuts manually by right-clicking the BriscolaProg.exe file).

    NOTES:
  a) The program will install itself in the following directory: %SystemDrive%\BriscolaGameByGiumby. The program can be moved to another folder, but if moved to a special folder (like Program Files), it will need to be run with higher privileges, so it can create, delete and modify files in the special folder.
  b) In some computers, the first time the Setup.bat file is executed, it fails; but if executed again, it works (not sure why...).
  c) During installation, Setup will ask if you want to create a shortcut in the Desktop. Setup will not try to create a shortcut in the Start menu bar. If you want a shortcut in the Start menu bar, you can simply drag the one from the Desktop into it.
  d) Setup will attempt to remove the installation directory. If it does not succeed, you will have to remove it manually.
  e) If you want to un-install the program, you will just need to delete the %SystemDrive%\BriscolaGameByGiumby directory (or whichever directory you have moved it to...) and any shortcuts to the program that you may have created. Setup.bat does NOT make any changes to the Windows' system registry of your computer.
  f) I have signed the BriscolaProg.exe file as Giumby. As I have created my own certificate, Windows will not recognise it as a trustworthy signature. This means that when you attempt to run the program, you may get a security warning.
  g) File: BriscolaProgSHA1Signature.txt contains the SHA1 signature that can be used to check the integrity of the BriscolaProg.exe file. The same signature is available on the website http://giumby.net (my personal website).
