Briscola.

Briscola is an Italian card game. The game is played all over the Mediterranean countries (with some local variations).
The word “Briscola” can be translated by the English “Trump suit”.
This version of the game is for 1 player (the other player being the computer). In real life, the game can be played by up to 6 people.
The game is quick, and easy to play. It does not require any sustained mental effort, so it can be quite relaxing to play; at the same time, it can be boring if one is in the mood for a bigger challenge.

The game is provided for free. The game is provided as it is. I cannot make any warranties about its functionality. On my computer it works smoothly (I have Windows Vista Home Edition), but I haven't tested it on any other computer.
Although I am not entirely happy about certain aspects of the game (like the graphics) and I don't have the knowledge or willingness to spend the time to make it better, I decided to release the game anyway. Even if it is not perfect, it may still amuse someone for 5 minutes.
Installing the game should be quick and easy. Just extract the content of the .zip file and run Setup.bat
If you want to make sure of the integrity of the program before installing it, you can check the SHA1 signature of the file BriscolaProg.exe. I created the SHA1 signature using the free software SHA1SignatureTool.exe provided by Palkotools. The signature is stored in the file BriscolaProgSHA1Signature.txt, and should be the same as the signature provided below.
